Technical Support Engineer (CODE : TSE)

Qualifications :

  • Has minimum education D3/S1 Degree in Geodetic/Geomatics Engineer
  • Min 1-2 years experience in Technical support Engineer (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Good understanding of GNSS.
  • Preferably have experience in organization or community.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
  • immediate availability.

Responsibilities :

  • Research and identify solutions
  • Giving training to the customers
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their equipment are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Maintain jovial relationships with clients
